# Samples Follow-Up
Move deals to this stage if you've referred them to Convatec for samples but believe there may be an opportunity to become the customer's permanent supplier after they've tried the samples.
#### Required Properties
- Follow-up date (estimated date you will call them to check in after they've received samples)
- When the follow-up date occurs, Hubspot will send you a notification to remind you to follow up
