When a non-customer signs up to join Kid's Club, they will receive a shipment of Kid's Club Materials (backpack, book, etc.). As a result, a shell for the customer will exist in MT2, generally with no one assigned to it.
A deal will also be created in this deal stage. Since the lead has not directly reached out to inquire about using us as a supplier, follow-up will vary slightly from a regular lead follow-up,
