This stage is for customers who are asking a question about their account, and accidentally selected "No" when asked if they were a current customer.
Required Properties
- Contact UID (MT2 ID)
Actions Required
- Leave a note on the contact record (not the deal record!) for the Account Managers explaining why you're sending it to them.
- To access the contact record, click on the contact name in the upper right corner if you are on the Deal Screen.
